Conducting Symposium
Ten participants get the opportunity to conduct the 1st Marine Division Band from Camp Pendelton while receiving feedback and instruction from master conductors. Participants get five opportunities to conduct three different pieces, receiving feedback in real time on stage followed by a debriefing session where they review a video recording.
